Drop-ins are a space for any student to have a confidential*, non-judgemental and non-advisory chat with a trained student welfare officer. Everyone is welcome, whether you just want a chat, need signposting, have something on your mind, or just simply fancy a cup of tea and some biscuits!! You can also collect supplies such as condoms, sanitary items, pregnancy tests and earplugs.

We will not discuss anything talked about during a drop-in or sent to us via email with anyone unless we feel that there is a risk of harm to yourself or others, or if we receive your consent to do so. Under such circumstances, we will pass this information on to the relevant party. We can never promise full confidentiality, even if you wish us to do so, because we are legally obliged to provide a duty of care to you.
